Cancel in writing at least 7 days before departure for a refund minus any deposits paid. Charters operate rain or shine, and cancellations due to weather forecasts are not refunded. Receive a full refund if severe weather prevents the charter. Partial charters shortened by weather receive a prorated refund based on time used.
