- For Lake Jocassee rentals on high-season Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, shuttle transportation into the park applies; arrive 45 minutes before your rental time
- Safety videos and the safety procedure document are required before your rental
- Fuel costs are not included in the listed price and are charged after the boat is refueled upon return
- Devils Fork State Park admission is not included in the listed price and is collected in cash unless you have an SC State Park Pass: $8 ages 16–64, $5 ages 65+, $4 ages 6–15, free ages 5 and under
- Barbecue grills are not permitted on the pontoon

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 48 hours incur a $100 late cancellation fee. No-shows are charged full price. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.

Life jackets are available in infant/toddler (8–30 lbs), small (30–50 lbs), medium (50–90 lbs), and L/XL (90 lbs and above) sizes.
Bring trash bags and keep your pontoon rental clean. An additional fee applies if the boat is not kept clean.
