• Operating requires age 18+ and a valid driver's or boating license. Bring your license and carry it at all times.
• Each jet ski has a maximum capacity of 3 people and a weight limit of 530 lbs.
• A $500 damage-deposit hold applies separately from the listed price and is released if no damage occurs.
• Do not use drugs or drink alcohol while operating.
• Do not tow boats, tubes, or other objects.
• You are responsible for all damage, including damage caused by improper docking or switching passengers.
• Breaking any rule ends your rental.
• Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation with everyone who will operate or ride. Late arrivals cannot operate or ride and are not covered by insurance.
