- Arrive 15 minutes before your tour time
- Ages 16+ only
- Requires confident bike-riding ability
- Height range is 5'2"–6'2"; weight limit is 275 lbs
- Wear the provided helmet at all times and secure shoes; flip-flops, slides, and bare feet are not allowed
- Keep e-bikes on permitted Acadia roads; bikes cannot be transported by vehicle
- Expect pedal assist only: throttles are disabled and e-bikes top out at 12 mph
- A $350 fine applies for re-engaging the throttle
- You are responsible for bike damage beyond the included $250 coverage
- A $50 late fee applies for each bike returned after the scheduled end time
- Drugs and alcohol are not permitted

Cancel or change at least 48 hours before start for a refund. Within 48 hours, no refunds unless your bike is re-rented.

FAQs
This e-bike tour is for ages 16+ only. Confident bike-riding ability is required. Riders must be 5'2"–6'2" and weigh no more than 275 lbs.
Wear secure shoes; flip-flops, slides, and bare feet are not allowed. Wear athletic layers and bring sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, bug spray, and a windbreaker or water-resistant outer layer. Wear the provided helmet at all times.
Ride only on Acadia's Carriage Roads and the Park Loop Road. E-bikes are not allowed on hiking trails, privately owned carriage roads, or Cadillac Mountain, and they cannot be transported by vehicle.
