Know before you go

• Arrive 15 minutes before your reserved time
• Adult e-bike and e-trike rentals require ages 14+
• Confident bicycle-riding ability is required
• Adult bike fit varies by model, with height ranges from 4'10" to 6'4" and weight limits from 275 to 325 lbs
• Dog trailers fit dogs up to 77 lbs and attach only to adult bikes
• A valid Acadia National Park pass is required to use the carriage roads
• Ride only on Acadia’s carriage roads and Park Loop Road; Cadillac Mountain and hiking trails are prohibited
• Begin and end your ride at the shop; bikes cannot be transported by vehicle or bus
• Wear the provided helmet and secure shoes; flip-flops, slides, and bare feet are not allowed
• Return each bike by the end of the rental period; a $50 late fee per bike applies and is not included in the listed price
• Do not re-engage the disabled throttle; a $350 fine applies and is not included in the listed price
• You are responsible for bike damage beyond the included $250 coverage
• Drugs, alcohol, e-bike modifications, and cell phone use while riding are not permitted
