Important details

• Arrive 15 minutes before your reserved rental time
• Confident bike-riding ability is required
• Riders must be ages 7+ with adult supervision or ages 18+ to ride without supervision
• Meet the age, height, and weight limits for your selected bike
• Wear the provided helmet at all times and secure shoes; flip-flops, slides, and bare feet are not allowed
• Bring a valid Acadia National Park pass to use the carriage roads
• Ride only on Acadia's carriage roads and Park Loop Road; e-bikes are not allowed on Cadillac Mountain, hiking trails, or private carriage roads
• Begin and end your ride at the shop; bikes cannot be transported by vehicle or bus
• Return each bike by the end of the rental period; a $50 late fee per bike is not included in the listed price
• Keep the throttle disabled; re-engaging it results in a $350 fine not included in the listed price
• Accept responsibility for bike damage beyond the included $250 coverage
• Do not ride under the influence of drugs or alcohol, use a cell phone while riding, or modify the e-bike
