Cancellation Policy
Bookings are nonrefundable. With at least 48 hours' notice, your ride may be rescheduled. Arrive at your allocated time or miss your session without a refund. Rides operate in all weather except extreme temperatures or snow conditions. If the operator cancels and cannot reschedule, you'll receive a full refund.
