Know before you go
- Each person entering the lounge needs a ticket
- Children under 13 require a child ticket and an adult chaperone age 18+
- Maximum 2 children per adult and 4 children under 13 in the lounge at one time
- Groups over 6 people or with more than 4 children require a private event
- Arrive at your scheduled start time; late arrival does not extend your lounge access
- Accept the risks of interacting with cats, including possible bites, scratches, allergies, illness, or infection
- Agree to photography or video that may be used on social media
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 2 hours before the reservation starts for a refund. Changes made within 2 hours are not accommodated or refunded.
