Important details
- Ages 18+ only
- Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled tour time for check-in
- Use the shuttle bus or take a 0.6-mile uphill hike on an unpaved road to reach the preserve
- Expect unpaved paths and natural terrain hazards that may be affected by rain, snow, or ice
- Dress for outdoor weather and wear closed-toe shoes; there is no shelter from inclement weather
- Leave pets at home; they cannot remain in your car on the property
- Service animals require advance notice
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with two weeks' cancellation notice. Cancellations within 72 hours may be rescheduled, except the day before or day of the tour. Late arrivals are no-shows and are not eligible for a refund or reschedule. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
