- Comfort swimming and being in open water required
- Requires standing up from a kneeling position on the board
- Not recommended during pregnancy or with recent injuries

- Ocean and weather conditions may require the instructor to adjust the session

Cancel more than 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are subject to a 25% fee. If ocean or weather conditions affect your session, you can reschedule or receive a full refund.
