Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before departure
- Ages 6+ only
- Requires climbing a short vertical ladder unassisted to board from the beach
- Not suitable during pregnancy or with current or prior neck, head, or back injuries, including recent surgeries
- Expect to get wet during loading and unloading
- Complete the required waiver before your trip
- Bring sunscreen and towels; spray sunscreen is not allowed
- Alcoholic drinks are limited to ages 21+; bring your own drinks in a small personal cooler with no glass and follow the captain's rules
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 48+ hours ahead for a full refund for groups of 5 or fewer; 72+ hours for groups of 6 or more. Cancellations or no-shows within these windows are charged in full. No refunds for inclement weather. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
