Infants aged 3 and under must wear their own flotation devices. Smoking and drug use are prohibited on board; vaping is allowed. A separate captain and crew fee is payable on the day of charter.
Cancellation policy
If weather is inclement, the captain will decide one hour before departure whether to reschedule or cancel; if the captain cancels, payments are fully refunded. Guest cancellations are fully refundable up to 14 days before the trip and non-refundable within 14 days.
