- Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes; swimsuits and loose clothing are not allowed

- Arrive 30 minutes early and bring a valid photo ID matching the card used for booking
- Pregnant participants may not ride; heart, neck, back, and significant mobility conditions are not recommended
- Plan travel to Aguadilla on Puerto Rico’s west side; this tour is not near San Juan
Cancellation Policy
Receive a full refund when you cancel at least 24 hours before departure. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Same-day bookings are non-refundable and cannot be changed. No-shows and late arrivals are charged in full and are not refunded or rescheduled.
