Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations at least 24 hours before departure. Same-day bookings are non-refundable and cannot be changed. No-shows and late arrivals are charged in full with no refund or rescheduling. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
