- Arrive for 4:45 pm check-in
- Bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID to purchase or consume alcohol if you are age 21 or older
- Photocopies, screenshots, and digital images of IDs are not accepted unless authorized by law
- Kamaʻāina or active U.S. military discount eligibility requires valid, unexpired ID matching the reservation name
- Light rain does not stop the show; rain ponchos are provided
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your luau for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours are not eligible for a full refund. No refund for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels, including due to weather.
