Important details

• Arrive anytime from 10am to 4pm; the farm remains open until 5pm
• Wear closed-toe shoes
• Acknowledge the liability waiver, including risks from uneven farm terrain and direct alpaca interaction
• Keep children directly supervised at all times
• Follow staff instructions, avoid sudden movements, and feed alpacas only the approved feed provided
• Leave pets at home; registered service animals are welcome
• Expect rain-or-shine operation; visits may be postponed or rescheduled for lightning or extreme conditions
