- Each bike requires at least one rider age 18 or older.
- Weight limit: 280 lbs per person.
- Secure infants in a chest harness or papoose.
- Participation may be refused if riding poses an injury risk, including with fragile bones or temporary injuries.
- Small dogs are allowed; hold your dog securely during the ride.
- Arrive 10 minutes early for check-in. Bikes depart on schedule and cannot wait for late arrivals.

Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a refund minus $10; within 48 hours, receive credit for a future purchase. No-shows receive no refund or credit; safety-policy removals receive no refund. Operator cancellations receive a full refund. Heavy rain or thunderstorms: reschedule or receive a full refund. Light rain: ride, reschedule or receive a refund.
