- Wear closed-toe shoes you do not mind getting wet; water shoes are not permitted
- Bring hiking or workout clothes, a towel, water, and a change of clothes if swimming
- Sign a waiver; minors require a legal guardian signature
- Use the provided helmet while inside the cave
- For the no-pickup option, travel in your own vehicle and follow the guide; rideshares may not serve remote locations
- The tour requires at least 4 booked spots and may be canceled or rescheduled if the minimum is not met
- A credit-card processing fee applies and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 7+ days before departure for a full refund, 3–6 days for 75%, or within 48 hours for 50%. No refunds within 24 hours or for no-shows. Full refund if the operator cancels due to unsafe weather.

Change into dry clothes before riding in the vehicle. You cannot ride wet in the van.
