Important details
- Arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled tour time
- Complete the required waiver before riding; a parent must sign for minors
- Solo riders must be ages 13+
- Children ages 12 and under must ride with a driver ages 18+
- Drivers age 13 may be required to ride with an adult after a test ride
- Each Rydable holds up to 400 lbs total and allows one adult, unless riding with a child ages 12 and under
- Do not consume alcohol before the tour
Cancellation Policy
Tours are nonrefundable. Reschedule free at least 48 hours before your tour. No-shows and arrivals more than 10 minutes late cannot reschedule. In inclement weather, your tour time may move up to 3 hours.
FAQs
Optional Trip Protection lets you cancel or reschedule your tour for any reason up to 30 minutes before departure. You’ll be reimbursed for each ticket, less the Trip Protection cost and processing fees.
