- Pickup is at your property's main security gate, not the lobby
- Obtain a property access pass in advance for Cap Cana pickup
- Use a nearby meeting point for Pueblo Bávaro or Verón pickup
- Be at your assigned pickup location at the scheduled time; drivers can wait up to 5 minutes
- Follow staff safety instructions throughout the outdoor off-road activity

Cancel up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Cancellations and changes less than 24 hours before the start time are not accepted. Times are based on local time.
