- Ages 10+ only; weight must be under 225 lbs
- Requires full use of arms and legs
- Not recommended for sharp pain, recent surgery or pregnancy
- Wear long pants and tennis shoes or boots; no flip-flops, shorts or high-heeled boots

Remove jewelry before riding. Leave purses and backpacks in your car; saddle bags are available for horseback riding.
