Important details

• All ages are welcome. Children ages 0–1 enter free without a ticket. Senior tickets are for ages 65+.
• Pets are not permitted. Service animals require valid identification and are allowed except in Amazon Encounters and the Butterfly Garden.
• Strollers must be no larger than 72 cm wide and 132 cm long. Wagons, wagon strollers, push cars and ride-ons are not permitted. Specialty strollers and wagons needed for medical or sensory purposes are exempt.
• Outside food and drinks are not permitted, except for medical needs and baby bottles. You may bring your own water bottle; refill stations are available.
• Smoking is prohibited and results in immediate removal.
• Last admission is at 4:00 PM. The attractions close at 5:00 PM and are closed on Mardi Gras, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.
