Cancellation Policy
A full refund is available only for inclement weather as determined by Retro Boat Rentals. Cool or cloudy conditions do not qualify for a refund. You may reschedule at no cost.

Arrive 15 minutes early for check-in.
Bring water, sunscreen, a hat, and towels, and dress for the elements. You may bring drinks and snacks in a bag or small cooler, but do not bring glass.
Allow extra time to find downtown parking; there is no designated parking lot. Recommended garages are at 99 Trinity St, 201 E 2nd St, and 111 E Cesar Chavez St. Street parking is free on Sundays. Do not park in the Waller Creek Boathouse staff lot.
