- Ages 16+ only; bring a valid photo ID
- Requires confident, competent bike riding on Austin trails and streets
- Riders deemed unsafe during the test ride cannot continue and are not eligible for a refund
- Return e-bikes and equipment undamaged; you are responsible for replacement and repair costs for missing or damaged items
- A credit card on file may be charged for replacement and repair costs
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your ride for a full refund. Groups of more than 10 must cancel at least 48 hours before; DMC groups must cancel at least 1 week before. No refund for later cancellations. If the operator cancels due to severe weather or temperatures below 50°F or above 106°F, choose a rain check or full refund.

Expect to hear from your guide a day before the tour. They will confirm your starting location since there are two possible start locations.
You must be able to confidently ride a bike. If you or someone in your group is unstable or unsafe during the test ride, the operator can prohibit that guest from riding and will not issue a refund.
