Things to know
Each participant must complete a registration form and waiver before the tour; a parent or guardian must sign for minors. Children ages 5–11 ride as a passenger (minimum 3'6" tall). Adult riders are ages 12+ (minimum 4'8" tall).
Cancellation Policy
Full refund when you cancel at least 24 hours before your tour. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other circumstances. No-shows are charged the full tour price. Refund processing takes 3–5 business days.

Yes. Each participant must complete a registration form and sign a waiver before the tour. For minors (17 and under), a parent or guardian must sign.
Arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time for safety briefings and test rides.
If you arrive late, you might miss out or get rescheduled to avoid delaying the group. Refunds and cancellations aren’t offered at that stage, but an alternative schedule may be offered if space is available.
