Important details
- Arrive at least 15 minutes before the tour for a safety briefing and test ride
- Complete a registration form and waiver before the tour
- A parent or guardian must sign the waiver for participants ages 17 and under
- E-bike riders: ages 12+ and at least 4 ft 8 in tall
- Child passengers: ages 5–11 and at least 3 ft 6 in tall
- Wear comfortable closed-toe footwear; flip-flops are not allowed
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations at least 24 hours before your tour. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather. No-shows are charged the full tour price.

Yes. Each participant must complete a registration form and sign a waiver before the tour. For minors (17 and under), a parent or guardian must sign.

If you arrive late, you might miss out or get rescheduled to avoid delaying the group. Refunds and cancellations aren’t offered at that stage, but an alternative schedule may be offered if space is available.
