Important details

• Ages 25+ only to rent and drive. A valid driver's license and applicable auto liability insurance are required.
• Minor passengers may ride only with a driver who is their parent or guardian and at least 25 years old.
• Passengers must be able to grasp the handholds.
• A $500 credit card security deposit hold applies separately from the listed price. Damage and additional charges may be deducted from it; your responsibility is not limited to the deposit.
• Return the vehicle refueled with premium fuel. Refueling costs are not included in the listed price; a $50 fee per vehicle applies if it is not refueled.
• Other charges not included in the listed price include $75 per hour for late returns, $275 for a lost key, and $50 for a lost gas cap.
• Do not smoke in the vehicle. A $250 charge applies if it returns smelling of smoke, plus any smoking-related damage charges.
• You are responsible for vehicle and equipment loss or damage, excessive wear, loss-of-use charges, and associated costs. This includes damage to rented or loaned safety gear. These charges are not included in the listed price.
• You are responsible for fines, tickets, parking charges, tolls, and impound fees. Flat tires and towing are not covered, except towing for a mechanical issue; these costs are not included in the listed price.
• Drive only on paved roads in legally permitted areas within 100 miles of the rental location and within the country. Do not drive off-road or on gravel or dirt, and do not trespass.
• Only drivers named in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. Do not race, speed, perform burnouts or donuts, drive recklessly, or transport controlled substances. Burnouts, donuts, or speeding can result in tire replacement and installation charges not included in the listed price.
• Wear a Department of Transportation-approved helmet, certified safety gear, and a seatbelt while driving or riding. Do not consume alcohol, drugs, or other substances that impair safe driving or riding.
• Read and sign the rental agreement and accompanying waiver. Passengers must also sign. The activity carries a risk of serious injury or death, and medical insurance is not provided.
• Inspect the vehicle before driving; failure to do so may leave you responsible for mechanical damage. Do not operate it with a flat or leaking tire. Do not make adjustments or perform maintenance unless authorized; unauthorized work may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
• Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation for check-in. Pickup is no earlier than 8:30 am, and return is no later than 5:30 pm.
