• Ages 25+ only to rent and drive. A valid driver's license and applicable auto liability insurance are required.

• A $500 credit card security deposit hold applies and is separate from the listed price. Damage and additional charges are deducted from this deposit; you remain responsible for costs beyond it.
• Refill the tank with premium 93-octane fuel before returning the vehicle. Replacement fuel is not included in the listed price; a $50 fee applies per vehicle returned without refueling.
• Late returns incur a $75 fee per hour, not included in the listed price.
• A $250 charge applies if the vehicle returns smelling of smoke, plus any smoking-related damage charges. Lost keys cost $275 to replace; lost gas caps cost $50. These charges are not included in the listed price.
• Burnouts, donuts, or speeding can result in charges for a replacement tire and installation. You are responsible for vehicle and equipment damage, loss, loss-of-use charges, and damage to rented or loaned safety gear. These costs are not included in the listed price.
• You are responsible for parking charges, tolls, tickets, fines, and impound fees. Flat tires are not covered, and towing is covered only for a mechanical issue. Any applicable costs are separate from the listed price.
• Drive only on paved roads where vehicle operation is legal, within 100 miles of the rental location and within the USA. Do not drive off-road or on gravel or dirt roads, trespass, race, or drive recklessly.
• Only drivers named in the rental agreement may operate the vehicle. Do not use it to transport controlled substances.
• Wear a Department of Transportation-approved helmet, required safety gear, and a seatbelt while driving or riding. Do not consume alcohol, drugs, or other substances that impair safe driving or riding.
• Read and sign the rental agreement and waiver; passengers must sign them too. The activity carries a risk of serious injury or death, and medical insurance is not provided.
• Inspect the vehicle before driving, and do not operate it with a flat or leaking tire. Return it in the same condition as at pickup. Do not make adjustments or perform maintenance unless authorized; unauthorized work may result in forfeiture of the security deposit.
• Arrive 30 minutes before your reservation time for check-in. Pickup is no earlier than 8:30 am, and return is no later than 5:30 pm on the specified rental dates.
