Know before you go
- Complete the waiver before arrival; a legal guardian must complete it for participants under 18
- Ages 18+ may throw, subject to an on-site assessment of strength and coordination
- Ages 12–17 may throw only on a private lane with a parent present at all times
- Bring a valid state-issued photo ID; no ID means no admittance
- Present the credit card used for the booking and matching valid photo ID at check-in
- Wear closed-toe shoes and a comfortable shirt that allows full range of motion
Cancellation Policy
No refunds. Rescheduling is available up to 24 hours before your booking. No-shows are charged the full price. Arrive 15–20 minutes early; time lost to late arrival is deducted from your booking and cannot be added or rescheduled.
