No. You start with unhurried training and one-on-one practice in a large parking lot before you head out, and your guide stays nearby to help until you’re comfortable.
Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing. It can feel slightly cooler while riding. Flat, closed-toe shoes are recommended but not required. A helmet is provided (you can bring your own if you prefer).
