Cancellation Policy
All reservations are final and nonrefundable unless staff permanently cancels the trip. Staff cancellations due to severe weather receive a full refund. Weather may delay operations by up to 3 hours. Weather delays and boarding location changes do not qualify for refunds. Beachfront pickup and drop-off are not guaranteed.
