- If you park on the beach, an annual beach parking permit costs $12 and is not included in the listed price.
- You're responsible for the full replacement cost of any rental items you damage or lose.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before your reservation for a full refund, or 2–6 days before for a 50% refund. No refund applies within 48 hours. Weather may delay, shorten or reschedule your rental. You'll receive a full refund if the operator determines that weather or unforeseen circumstances prevent your beach day.

FAQs
You must be at least 18 to rent the beach equipment.
Your beach rental runs from 9am to 5pm. Arrive no later than 30 minutes after your selected arrival time. Equipment is taken down by 5pm each day.
Permits are available at Stripes and Circle K stores on North Padre Island, HEB stores in Aransas Pass and Corpus Christi, and the Corpus Christi Visitor Information Center. A permit is required for beach parking at JP Luby, South Packery Beach, Whitecap and Bali Park.
