Things to know
Ages 12+ only; riders under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and helmets are required for riders under 18. Bikes must stay on Singer Island. Late returns are charged a $15/hour fee per bike.
Cancellation Policy
Rentals operate rain or shine. No refunds or credits once the rental period has started. Cancel online reservations for a full refund with at least 24 hours notice. Cancellations within 24 hours of the reservation time are non-refundable.

Start your rental by unlocking your bike and sending the required start text; your time begins when that text is sent. End your rental by returning the bike to the same rack, securing it with the chain lock, and sending a “RETURN” text; your rental is not complete until that “RETURN” text is received.
Late returns are charged a $15/hour late fee per bike.
