Things to know
You must be 21+ to book, and the 26" bike is suggested for ages 15+. The child seat is for ages 1–3 with a 35 lb weight limit. Failure to return or damage may result in charges up to $450.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 24+ hours before delivery for a refund; online orders get a 90% refund (10% admin/processing fee). Less than 24 hours: $25 cancellation fee. No refunds once rentals are loaded for delivery or after delivery. No-shows are charged full price.
