Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your excursion date for a refund minus a $5 per-person admin fee; additional booking fees are nonrefundable. Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are charged 100%. For parties of 6+, cancellations 0–9 days before or no-shows are charged 100%. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
