Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before your ride for instructions
- Ages 10+ only
- Private rides require a minimum of 2 riders
- Weight limit: 220 lbs, with no exceptions
- Long pants and closed-toe shoes with smooth soles and low 1–1.5 inch heels are required
- Requires mounting and dismounting with only a mounting block, without additional assistance
- Complete one waiver per rider at least 24 hours before the ride
- A 20% automatic gratuity applies to picnic rides and is not included in the listed price
- Plastic rain ponchos and umbrellas are prohibited during wet weather; rain slickers are available to rent for $5 per ride
- Heavy rain or strong winds may cancel the ride for safety
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before your ride for a 50% refund. No refund is available for cancellations made 48 hours or less before your scheduled ride.
