Things to know
Children ages 5–12 must ride tandem with an adult, and must weigh at least 50 pounds. Guide gratuity is not included, and private groups of eight or under may have an additional add-on charge (confirm the amount with Greetwell before booking).
Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable within 24 hours of check in. Groups of 6 or more and holiday weekend reservations are non-refundable within 72 hours of check in.

Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled launch time. Check in at the boathouse, then take a brief shuttle ride and safety talk before you launch.
Dress for the weather and the water; water temperatures are cooler. Wear swimwear or dry-fit clothing since you can get wet or splashed from the waist down. Avoid fleece jackets and cotton sweatpants or bottoms because they soak up water.
Wear water shoes or other secure footwear at all times. You will walk in and out of the river, so expect wet and muddy shoes. Do not wear flip flops, Crocs, slides, backless shoes, and do not go barefoot.
