Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your ride; private rides and groups of 4+ require 72 hours. Within 24 hours, no refund; one reschedule may be requested before start, subject to availability. No-shows receive no refund or reschedule. Rides proceed in light rain. If the operator cancels for weather or safety, choose a full refund or reschedule.
