Important details
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled zip line time
- Complete all flexible activities during business hours on your reservation date
- Plan other activities before your zip line if you have the last session of the day
- Minimum height is 48 inches; zip line weight range is 65–250 lbs
- Sign a waiver before participating; participants under 18 need a legal guardian's waiver and adult accompaniment
- Wear closed-toe shoes; avoid loose clothing and jewelry, tie back long hair and empty pockets
- Expect a roughly 1/4-mile hike with 88 steps to reach the zip line platform
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before your reservation for a full refund minus a $10 per-ticket processing fee. No refunds for late arrivals or if you choose not to participate. Rescheduling more than 48 hours ahead is subject to availability. Receive a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather.
FAQs
Activities may temporarily close for lightning, high winds, or torrential rainfall. Light rain, hot temperatures, and winter storms do not cancel reservations.
The lodge has widened pathways and ramps. Adaptive equipment is available to reserve at no charge, with adaptive offerings that include zip line, luge, archery, and hiking.
Leave important items at ground school or in the yurt while you zip line or slide.
