- Arrive at the check-in time shown on your reservation
- Ages 10+ only; no prior scuba experience required
- Complete a medical questionnaire at check-in; listed health conditions require a doctor's consent
- Colds and sinus issues prevent participation in scuba diving activities
- Sign an information waiver and health form; a parent or guardian must also sign for anyone under 18
- Wait at least 18 hours after diving before flying
- Apply biodegradable sunscreen before arrival, wear a swimsuit and bring a towel
- Gratuity is not included in the listed price

Cancel at least 48 hours before the tour to avoid a 50% charge. Cancellations within 24 hours incur the full tour fee.
