Itinerary

1. Meet instructor and ask questions
2. Introductory safety briefing and gear explanation
3. Gear up and enter shallow water to practice basic skills (about 3 ft depth)
4. Guided underwater experience at approximately 5–20 ft depth for 30–40 minutes (based on performance)
5. Exit water, remove gear, and participate in a debriefing
6. Receive GoPro photos/videos via the Quik app or an emailed link by end of day
