Things to know
You must be able to swim 200 yards unassisted (not just float). Minimum age is 12 and maximum age is 69. You must be able to speak English.
Cancellation Policy
Charges apply if you cancel within 5 days or no-show. If the operator cancels due to weather and cannot reschedule, you will be refunded. If they cancel due to sickness symptoms, alcohol/drugs, altitude plans, swimming ability, late arrival, or safety concerns, no refunds.

Yes. Complete all required online waivers in advance. If you answer "YES" to any item on the medical questionnaire, bring a signed doctor’s release or you cannot dive.
You must be able to swim 200 yards unassisted (not just float). If the instructor determines you cannot safely complete the dive, they will cancel your participation and no refund is provided.
Arrive ready to go in the water with your swimsuit and sunscreen already on. Bring cash if you have not paid yet; gratuity cannot be added to a credit card.
