- Lessons depend on suitable weather and water conditions.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure.

Cancel 24+ hours before departure for a full refund or reschedule. Cancel 12–24 hours before for a 50% refund or one-time reschedule, subject to availability. Less than 12 hours, late cancellations, or no-shows: no refund. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather or water conditions, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
