- All ages are welcome. Children aged 0–2 enter free, and ages 16+ require an adult ticket. Children aged 0–15 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Pets are not allowed, except service animals with valid identification.
- Re-entry is not allowed once you leave the venue.
- Do not bring outside food or drinks, bottles, firecrackers, lasers, or other dangerous or disruptive items into the museum.
- Do not smoke or drink inside the venue. Staff will ask you to leave immediately if you do.
- You may take photographs for personal use. Commercial photography, commercial filming and live broadcasting are prohibited.
