Important details

• Ages 3+ only. Children aged 3–15 must be accompanied by a paying adult; unaccompanied minors are not allowed.
• Pets are not allowed, except assistance dogs.
• Wear flat, enclosed shoes. High heels and bare feet are not allowed.
• Wear the supplied hard hat underground. No headwear, including cultural headwear, can be worn underneath it. A private changing room is available.
• Strollers, baby carriages, backpacks, food, alcohol and drugs are not allowed.
• Do not smoke or drink alcohol during the experience. You will be asked to leave if you do. Entry or service may be refused if you appear intoxicated.
• Re-entry is not allowed after you leave the venue.
• Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start and check in at the front reception desk.
