- Ages 2+ only
- Life jackets are not provided for children ages 2 to 3
- Sign the required waiver before arrival to participate

- Keep equipment supervised and avoid damaging equipment or the natural reserve
- You are responsible for damage or lost equipment caused by negligence
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours, no-shows, and late arrivals are not refunded. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
