Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 7 days before your party for a full refund, or 24 hours to 7 days before for a 50% refund. Less than 24 hours before, your party is nonrefundable but can be rescheduled. No refunds for no-shows or cancellations without notice. Rescheduling is encouraged in inclement weather.

Yes. Additional party members incur an extra charge. If your group takes a guided educational tour with more than 25 people, you'll also be charged for a second tour.
The zoo is generally open 10am–5pm, with last admission at 4pm. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, hours are 9am–6pm, with last admission at 5pm.
No. Picnic tables are included with a pavilion rental for your zoo party. Separate picnic table rentals are also available.
