Know before you go
- Tours take place at 12:00 PM Monday through Friday
- Complete the required liability waiver before admission
- Wear completely closed shoes such as sneakers; high heels and flip-flops are not allowed
- Wear the provided eye protection and follow shop safety guidelines
- Requires navigating minor stairs; the tour is not wheelchair accessible
- Stay with your tour guide inside the shop
- Children require adult accompaniment and must stay with their guardian
- Expect a working shop environment with loud noises, sparks, running engines, and moving vehicles
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 24 hours' notice of cancellation. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows are charged the full price.

Yes. A private storage add-on is available for an additional fee. Photography and videography are not allowed in the storage building, and access is limited to areas that can be safely navigated.
