Important details
- Ages 8+ only
- Student tickets require age 17 or younger or current enrollment in schooling. Bring proof at check-in.
- Military/veteran tickets require current or past service in the US armed forces. Bring proof.
- Wear closed-toe shoes, a long-sleeve shirt or hoodie, and full-length, hole-free pants that cover your ankles. Sandals and Crocs are not allowed.
- Sign a waiver before entering. Adults ages 18+ must sign their own; a parent or legal guardian must sign for anyone under 18.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrival may shorten your session.
Cancellation Policy
No refunds for cancellations. Rescheduling is available no later than 1 hour before your scheduled booking, subject to availability; otherwise, your payment is forfeited. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in forfeiture of your booking without a refund. Failure to meet the dress code may result in denied participation without a refund.
