Important details

• Ages 16+ only. Booking requires age 18+. Ages 16–17 require permission from a parent or legal guardian and their participation throughout the investigation.
• Requires walking, standing, and navigating uneven floors, stairs, and narrow passageways throughout the experience, including in low or no light. Wheelchair and stroller access is limited to the store.
• If you're pregnant or have a medical condition affected by extended standing, walking, darkness, uneven surfaces, or stairs, consult your healthcare provider before participating.
• Bring a valid photo ID for check-in.
• Animals are not permitted except where required by applicable law.
• Wear closed-toe shoes and complete and sign a liability waiver before entering the investigation area.
• Stay with your assigned group, follow staff instructions, and remain within designated areas. Do not touch, damage, or interfere with the historic property.
• Alcohol, recreational drugs, smoking, and vaping are prohibited. You may be refused participation if you appear impaired.
• Do not bring Ouija or spirit boards or similar devices. Seances, rituals, intentional spirit invocation, and intentional provocation, threats, or physical interaction with alleged entities are prohibited.
• Do not burn sage, herbs, or incense, or use candles, open flames, or other smoke-producing materials.
• Any personal investigation equipment must be safe, must not damage the property, and must not interfere with other investigators.
• Arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled start for check-in, waiver completion, and preparation. Have your booking confirmation available. Late arrivals may not be permitted to join once the investigation begins.
