Weather: captain decides go/no-go 1 hour before departure; if captain cancels, deposit/initial payment is refunded in full. Guest cancellation: fully refundable up to 14 days prior; non-refundable within 14 days. If you cancel due to forecast and captain goes, deposit/initial payment is forfeited.
