- A signed participant waiver is required before the activity
- Travelers under 18 need a parent or legal guardian to sign the waiver
- Requires comfortably holding both hands overhead and sufficient upper-body strength
- Wear closed-toe shoes and tie back long hair
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with at least 48 hours' cancellation notice. If the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances before the tour starts, receive a full refund. If canceled after the tour starts, receive a 50% refund. No-shows are charged the full price.
